Return and Refund Policy

GIRLS ROCK LA takes great pride in their work and stand behind the products they sell.  However, there will be times when errors are made and products are defective.  Therefore, GIRLS ROCK LA will be more than happy to offer an exchange (within 30 days of receipt) if the product has an error created by the creator or a manufacturer defect. 

GIRLS ROCK LA does not issue refunds for delays caused by delivery services.  If the product is lost or damaged during transit, GIRLS ROCK LA will issue a replacement immediately.

To initiate a replacement, please email us at GIRLSROCKINLA@YAHOO.COM.  Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to complete the replacement.
